The service
revise.build (“Revise”, “we”), operated by Monestiva LLC, lets you connect a code repository, run a private preview of it, make visual and AI-assisted changes, and send those changes to a developer as a review request. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Your account and team
You need a verified email address and must be at least 16. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your team. Team owners and admins can change AI settings, budgets and repository connections for everyone on the team.
Your code stays yours
You keep all rights to the repositories you connect and the changes you make. You give us permission to read, run and modify a copy of that code inside a private workspace, and to send the relevant parts to an AI provider when you ask for an edit, only as needed to provide the service. You confirm you are allowed to connect the repository and to process what it contains, including any personal data in it.
AI-generated changes
Edits produced from your requests are suggestions. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation, and a preview that looks right does not prove the application works. Every change is sent as a review request that a developer inspects before anything is merged or deployed. You decide what to accept, and you are responsible for what you ship.
Budgets and billing
Free trial credit and prepaid budget are consumed by AI requests and workspace sessions at the rates shown in the product; a session reserves its cost in advance and settles when it ends. Paid plans and prepaid budget are billed through Stripe under the prices shown at purchase. Consumed budget is not refunded except where the law requires. We may change prices with notice for future purchases.
Acceptable use
- Do not use workspaces for anything other than running and editing your own project: no mining, no attacking other systems, no bulk network activity.
- Do not connect code you have no right to use, or upload content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Do not attempt to access other teams’ data, probe the service’s security, or evade its budget and usage limits.
- Keep your sign-in credentials and repository tokens to yourself.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may pause workspaces that exceed reasonable resource use.
Availability and changes
Revise is provided as it is, and we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or work with every repository. A preview is a temporary environment, not a backup of your project. We may change or discontinue features; when a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice where we can.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Monestiva LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits or data, or for the results of changes you accept and deploy. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Revise at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may end the agreement if you break these terms. Sections about your code, liability and disputes survive.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Monestiva LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, contact us at hello@revise.build so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
